2022 Met Gala Fashion

The met ball or met gala is the fashion world equivalent of the oscars. Curator Andrew Bolton chose the theme for two reasons. The Met Gala referred to as the fashion worlds Oscar Night usually falls on the first Monday of May. The Met Gala has been rightly dubbed fashions biggest night out by fashion enthusiasts.

Affectionately referred to as fashions biggest night out the Met Gala 2021 is a fundraising benefit for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

2022 Met Gala Fashion. After a 2 year-long hiatus the Met Gala is officially set to return in 2 parts. A few short months after the September Met Gala the museum will get back on schedule with their annual May Met Gala keeping the 2022 Met Gala on the same traditional date. Met Gala which was formerly known as the Costume Institute Gala andor Costume Institute Benefit is an annual fundraising gala that is held to benefit the Metropolitan Museum of Arts Costume Institute in New York marking the opening of the Costume Institutes Fashion Exhibit.
